For the past 12 years, he has worked at the Steenkampskraal Monazite Mine in the Western Cape province of South Africa as Senior Geologist engaged in exploration of rare earth elements and mining resource definition.

Michele Henderson has 14 years of experience at Steenkampskraal, covering Office Management, Payroll and Human Resources, Accounting, Compliance, and Company Secretarial duties during this time.
