Sechaba has almost 40 years’ experience in the South African mining industry, having built an impressive career that spans underground mining operations, mine planning, project development, business growth and executive leadership.

Andree has more than 20 years’ experience working in both the exploration and production environments at senior management level with qualifications in Pr.Sci.Nat; B.Sc (Hons) Geology (Univ. Stellenbosch); MBA (Univ. North-West); Cert. Radiation Protection Officer (SA Chamber of Mines).. For the past 12 years, he has worked at the Steenkampskraal Monazite Mine in the Western Cape province of South Africa as Senior Geologist engaged in exploration of rare earth elements and mining resource definition.

Davianne is a dedicated HR professional specializing in industry-specific labour laws, mining safety regulations, and compliance. Skilled in payroll administration with a strong accounting foundation, she excels in communication, conflict resolution, and strategic problem-solving, ensuring operational excellence, legal adherence, and a positive workplace culture.

As a dynamic and energetic facilitator with 23 years of corporate training experience, Emor now specializes in transforming mining Social and Labor Plans into meaningful opportunities for rural communities. With a BA in Drama & Communication, she applies her strong intercultural communication skills to design, facilitate, and drive impactful community development initiatives.

Michele Henderson has 14 years of experience at Steenkampskraal, covering Office Management, Payroll and Human Resources, Accounting, Compliance, and Company Secretarial duties during this time. Holding a B.Comm from Stellenbosch University and a Compliance Management certificate from UCT, she is the company’s Accountant, HR Manager and Assistant Company Secretary.

Carol has three decades’ experience as a Personal Assistant and joined GWMG in 2013. She has spent the last decade working as an Executive Assistant to the directors of Steenkampskraal Holdings Ltd and currently works as the Office Manager for the group.
