Authorises SMM to use, possess, produce, process and store natural occurring radioactive material (NORMS) at and convey, cause to be conveyed and dispose of radioactive material from site. | Issued to SMM on 13 June 2019. Authorises SMM to pump up to 1000m3 of water per day from 3 production boreholes, located in the mining right area and an adjacent farm, for mining, processing and residue disposal water uses. |
